We are eager to hire weekday and weekend per diem therapists willing to share our commitment to ensuring quality care to our patients. Our facilities offer the most advanced rehabilitation gyms, many of which include full practice kitchens, Wii and therapeutic modalities. Physical Therapy Geriatric Residency Program

AllStar Therapy, LLC is seeking Candidates for it new and exciting Geriatric Residency Program.

Under the Direction of our Board Certified GCS, the AllStar Residency Program offers each Therapist the clinical mentoring and education you need to achieve your desired clinical excellence en route for the advancement in your profession.

Our Program requires Applicants to have a current Physical Therapy license and a goal to achieve independent advanced practice in Geriatric Physical Therapy.

Program Location: Farmington Connecticut

Program Outline: Over a 12 month period you will experience the requirements in the entire spectrum of Geriatric Specialty Practice. The program includes Patient/Client care, mentoring by a GSP Therapist, Didactic education, Journal Club and Case Conference Programs/Presentations.

Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist

AllStar / Swallowing Diagnostics in search of experienced Speech Language Pathologists interested in working PRN with Home Care Patients. We provide evaluations and home care treatments from Bristol to Windsor for patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing difficulties. Apple Rehab West Haven is a 90 bed sub-acute facility with beautifully renovated accommodations that features 32” Flat Screen TV’s, Telephones, Wireless Internet, Fine Dining and much more for our pts. We're looking for an Occupational Therapist for 20 hours per week to join our dedicated rehab staff. Our staff consist of 1 COTA, 1 PT, 1 PT/RD and SLP. AllStar Therapy is looking for an OTR 30-40 hours a week!!!

We have two fabulous facilities looking for OTR help. One is in Shelton and one in West Haven. This is a split position working in both facilities. 2 days out of the week we need help in both buildings and the other day you will be working in just one facility.

Both facilities are sub-acute facility with beautifully renovated accommodations that include 32” Flat Screen TV’s, Telephones, Wireless Internet, Fine Dining and much more for our pts.
